3. Use correct categories — misplaced ads may be deleted to keep the portal organized.

1. Never share your account password, OTPs, or sensitive bank details in chat.
2. Always meet in well-lit, public places for transactions.
3. Report any suspicious users or ads immediately to our moderation team.

1. Clearly mention specific job roles, requirements, and company details.
2. No "get-rich-quick" schemes or misleading work-from-home offers.
3. Paid ads or business promotions must follow the platform's advertising policy.

All listings, messages, and platform activity must strictly follow the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

To maintain a trustworthy marketplace, all property listings must:

1. Accurately describe the property.
2. Display the correct asking price or rental amount.
3. Include the correct property location.
4. Clearly state whether the property is for Sale or Rent.
5. Include current and genuine photographs.
6. Clearly mention important features, amenities, and property condition.

Misleading or false advertisements may be removed without notice.

Only users who:

1. Own the property,
2. Are legally authorized by the owner, or
3. Are licensed real estate agents or agencies

may advertise properties on Bahrain Properties BH. Users may be requested to provide proof of ownership or authorization.

The following are strictly prohibited:

1. Duplicate advertisements
2. Fake property listings
3. Already sold or rented properties that remain active
4. Listings created only to generate enquiries
5. Multiple identical listings under different accounts

Violating listings may be removed immediately.

Users must upload only genuine photographs and media of the advertised property. The following are prohibited:

1. Stock photographs
2. AI-generated images intended to misrepresent the property
3. Images copied from other websites without permission
4. Images containing watermarks belonging to another company
5. Edited images that intentionally mislead buyers or tenants

Property prices must:

1. Be accurate.
2. Match the advertised property.
3. Include any mandatory charges where applicable.
4. Not contain intentionally misleading "starting from" prices unless clearly explained.

Hidden fees or misleading pricing practices are prohibited.

Licensed agents and agencies using Bahrain Properties BH should:

1. Maintain professional communication.
2. Respond honestly to enquiries.
3. Clearly identify themselves as agents.
4. Keep listings updated.
5. Remove sold or rented properties promptly.

Misrepresentation of agency status is prohibited.

For your safety:

1. Inspect the property before making any payment.
2. Verify ownership or agency authorization.
3. Avoid making advance payments without proper documentation.
4. Meet in safe locations whenever possible.
5. Report suspicious behaviour immediately.

Bahrain Properties BH does not guarantee any transaction between users.

Users may not advertise:

1. Properties they do not own or represent.
2. Illegal developments.
3. Properties involved in legal disputes where advertising is prohibited.
4. Fraudulent investment opportunities.
5. Fake rental offers.
6. Misleading off-plan projects.
7. Properties intended for unlawful activities.

Such listings will be removed immediately.

Where applicable, users should ensure that property information and supporting documents are accurate and up to date.

False ownership claims or forged documents may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

All users must communicate respectfully. The following behaviour is prohibited:

2. Threats
3. Discrimination
4. Offensive language
5. Repeated unwanted messages
6. Misleading promises

Users who violate these standards may lose access to the platform.
